We are looking for a sharp and business-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and take an active role in analyzing and optimizing activity with global partners.
This role combines deep analytical work with strong business exposure.
You will work closely with commercial and strategy teams, turning data into insights that directly impact pricing, cost efficiency, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance of activities with partners, focusing on cost, revenue, usage, and profitability trends
- Monitor and investigate daily cost structure and identify anomalies or optimization opportunities
- Translate business questions into data analysis and actionable recommendations
- Work closely with commercial and strategy teams to support decision-making and negotiations
- Build clear analyses and lightweight dashboards to communicate findings
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth
- Assist in building business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Present insights in a clear and structured way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Availability for Saturday on-call duty and troubleshooting support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – Must
- Strong SQL skills – Must
- 3-4 years of experience in data/business analysis (or a strong relevant background)
- Experience with Python and BI Tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect data with business context
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- English - Verbal and written
- Passion for AI technologies and automation development.
- Background in telecom or similar data-heavy industries - advantage
