The Business Analyst is an individual contributor who acts as an Analytics Business Partner advising key Business Leaders within Customer Care and organizational expertise and analytic insights to VPs, Directors and Business Leaders on a day-to-day basis.
What You’ll Bring:
Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights – insights that are often used for decision making and strategic planning
Creates and works in partnership in building structured management reports and dashboards for monitoring and periodical evaluation of business performance.
Synthesize business key trends and assess current/future business risk by performing ad hoc and Strategic analysis.
Structures an end-to-end analysis (from methodology to recommendation) with supervision of senior manager/senior business analyst.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics (or equivalent degree)
At least 2 years of Relevant Work Experience in Customer Care or Post-Sales Operations
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Requires strong database manipulation, stakeholder & project management skills, excellent data storytelling and the ability to collaborate/cooperate with cross functional teams.
Knowledgeable in CRM and Customer Care Tools (i.e. Salesforce)
Knowledgeable in BI Tools (i.e. Tableau)
Knowledgeable in Big Data platforms is a plus (i.e. Hadoop and Alteryx)
Willing to do Night Shifts. Work shift is from 11pm – 8am.
