Role & Responsibilities
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement with detailed documentation to help our business become more efficient with an ability to deliver value in an agile manner.
This role can encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, PMO, Purchasing, Quality teams to understand their needs and priorities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop IT strategies that support business goals and drive innovation.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.
- Service Management: Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and are delivered with high quality and reliability.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and services.
- Training: Training the business teams about the new tools and technologies
- Alignment to IT Goals: Promote the use of emerging technologies to drive business innovation and efficiency. Align with Adient IT Goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
Experience : 6+ Years
- Working experience with the Engineering Process with main area CAD Management (Catia & NX) and BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
- Experience with Product Change Management
- Experience with PLM system (preferred Teamcenter), especially CAD integration and focus on Active Workspace
- Should have experience in working on Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for requirement / Bugs / Test cases creation and tracking
- Experience with IT Release Management for Agile Projects
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex datasets and visualizing information effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Azure DevOps user level, Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, MS PPT, Agile Methodology
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work in a team environment, facilitating communication and ensuring project goals are met collaboratively.
