What will you be doing in this role?
- Deliver portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and governance outputs to strengthen financial oversight and support operational and exercise planning
- Analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solution pathways
- Define and manage project scope while reducing ambiguity and controlling requirement changes
- Assess strategic options, risks, and trade-offs to support informed decision-making
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and align technical solutions with operational needs
- Facilitate meetings, stakeholder workshops, and interviews to gather requirements and drive alignment
- Manage stakeholder expectations across teams while ensuring clear communication and delivery priorities
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and governance materials
- Monitor business and operational trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Design and optimize current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) business processes
- Support organizational adaptability by managing evolving requirements and maintaining delivery continuity
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Hold a Project Management certification: Prince2 or PMP
- Experience with the following:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools: ServiceNOW, EBA, and etc.
- Financial Planning tools: Oracle, SAP, and etc.
- Visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, and etc.
- Collaboration tools: Skype, SharePoint, Polycom, JIRA, Confluenceeand etc.
- Data validation and tracking: Excel, Smartsheet, and etc.
- Databases: SQL
- Data analysis tools: Excel
- Data visualization tools: PowerBI, Tableau
- APIs and system integrations
- Software development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SDLC
- Ability to break down complex business problems
- Evaluating options and trade-offs, Stakeholder Management, Writing user stories, use cases, functional specs
- Knowledge of business processes (finance, operations, sales, etc.)
- Understanding KPIs and performance metrics
- Hold NATO security clearance at a SECRET level or higher.
