Is this the role for you?

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to support a major enterprise transformation, migrating after‑sales service billing from SYS21 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Field Service and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

This role suits a practical, delivery‑focused BA who enjoys working closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture business and functional requirements
  • Document current and future‑state processes, pain points, and controls
  • Produce clear requirements artefacts (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability)
  • Perform fit/gap analysis between legacy systems and Dynamics 365
  • Support solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements
  • Lead and support testing and UAT, including defect triage
  • Contribute to cutover, training materials, and post‑go‑live hypercare
  • Maintain high‑quality, audit‑ready documentation

To be successful in this role:

About you

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Functional Consultant on enterprise system implementations or migrations
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation
  • Hands‑on involvement in testing and UAT coordination
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations (Field Service highly desirable)
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, service operations or finance processes
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
