Key Responsibilities 

The incumbent works as the main contact between users and the project team. 
They collect requirements, turn them into tasks, and help improve processes. 
They also track project progress and solve issues when needed. Work with the IT team on new project implementation and system enhancement to support business units and business operation.

• Handle complex projects with multiple requirements and stakeholders 
• Support planning, scoping, and decision-making with the users 
• Identify business needs by studying processes and gathering information 
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on technology and operations 
• Support the team to achieve overall project goals 

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Business Analyst.
• Have experience in Non-Life Insurance / Life Insurance Business.
• Knowledge of insurance business processes
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, able to deal with complex issues.
• Effective relationship building skills
• Good command of English is advantage
