- Conduct thorough requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to understand digital onboarding and corporate banking needs.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for seamless collaboration.
- Design and enhance end-to-end digital onboarding journeys, optimizing KYC, AML, and document collection workflows.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure onboarding processes meet regulatory standards.
- Support the selection and integration of digital onboarding platforms, leveraging technologies like OCR and e-sign.
- Understand corporate banking products and support digital transformations across channels and back-office functions.
- Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process automation and digitization.
- Create process flows and use cases to support solution design, focusing on efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations and features.
- Prepare UAT plans, test cases, and provide post-production support for successful implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in corporate banking or financial services is a must.
- Hands-on experience with digital onboarding processes and platforms is essential.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, and regulatory requirements in the corporate banking domain.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar BA tools for documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage complex requirements and collaborate with multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in process design, improvement, and workflow automation is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and core banking platforms is a plus.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to driving digital transformation initiatives.
