Will be at Quincy, MA site to start for training. Will also be required to support additional sites on a rotating basis in the South area (starting with Plymouth and eventually including Braintree, Weymouth, Easton, Taunton).

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and QA groups within the scrum team
  • Ability to independently collaborate with other IT teams to understand current system states and Web Services that needs to be utilized for the user stories
  • Understand the data elements on the web services to help map them to the business requirements
  • Work closely with the Developers to create various screen mock ups and help them map data to screen
  • Support BA, Dev and QA teams during the lifecycle of the project within the scrum team
  • Participate/ Support Agile process (feature and user story grooming sessions, user story sizing)
  • Ensure that Dev and QA thoroughly understand the business requirements
  • Ensure that the test cases and test scripts are complete and cover all aspects of testing a story
  • Extensive Experience to work with web services
  • Manage SFDC development cycle to ensure compliance with internal governance and standards
  • Develop functional specifications for system features and reports
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect data and generate competitive strategies
  • Administer system and analyze database metrics to ensure project/product optimization
  • Perform configuration and customization of Salesforce platform (workflows, dashboards, custom objects, etc.)
  • Awareness on AppExchange solutions and add-ons to enhance CRM
  • Working with SQL queries, and Service Cloud, Health Cloud products
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or business-related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile delivery processes
  • 2+ years of system analysis experience
  • 2+ years of experience writing clear, detailed system and business requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
  • 2+ years of experience supporting product marketing and internal/external communications, including translating technical capabilities into clear, consumable messaging
  • 2+ years of experience managing or supporting production issues, including triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with engineering and business stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing user feedback, operational metrics, and production insights to inform product improvements and prioritization
  • 1+ years of experience creating and executing test plans and test cases

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (typically in healthcare administration, psychology or healthcare related field)
  • Healthcare Industry experience
  • Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) experience
  • Experience working with test plans and test cases
  • Experience serving as Salesforce subject matter expert (SME)
  • Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Rally or Jira
  • Proficiency with MS Visio, Draw.io
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Proficiency with MS Project
  • Proficiency with SOAPUI or Postman
  • Knowledge of the Software/System Development Life Cycle
  • Understanding of integration tools/ Apps with Salesforce
  • Ability to troubleshoot, identify cause, design and provide effective solutions

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
