• Provides strategic guidance in partnership with management to address significant and impactful business needs and requirements.
• Conducts or leads studies to determine the economic, technical and organizational feasibility of proposed technologies or changes.
• Works on applications and business problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, overseeing contractors, global rollout, new technologies and new architecture.
• Drives the globalization and standardization of technical and organizational system, application and process review.
• Maintains awareness of industry standards and applies learnings to advance the knowledge of supported functional areas.
• Works with leadership to develop, manage and report on solution development and process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Ability to interface with global client/ technical teams in a hybrid business/ tech capacity
- Ability to managing conflicting stakeholder requirements to bring consensus and maintain impeccable relationships

- Reporting processes
- Itil process in service environment
- Service operating procedures, including knowledge management development
- Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience of documenting “As Is/To Be” processes and the ability to translate complexity into clear requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Assist in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and support testing activities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirements, and user guides.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 12+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role working with external clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CBAP qualification, BCS, preference for membership of IIBA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. (BRD, BDD, SSM, SWOT, MOST etc, along with demonstrable experience.
- Experience with project management software and tools and working in a managed services environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrable Knowledge of ITIL trends and best practices.
