VAM Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience.
- Agile/Scrum project exposure.
- Digital transformation project experience.
- Experience working with development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage backlog using Jira.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Support sprint planning and UAT.
- Document business processes and release notes.
Core Competencies
Business Analysis:
- Requirement elicitation and process modeling.
- Gap analysis and functional documentation.
Agile & Tools:
- Scrum framework knowledge.
- Jira and Confluence experience.
Communication:
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
Must Have Qualifications
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
- Strong user story writing skills.
- Experience managing requirements in Jira.
Nice to Have
- OutSystems project exposure.
- UX/UI understanding.
- BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA).
