Key Responsibilities

- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
- Assist in project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business intelligence tools.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
