Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Analytics, Insights & Transformation (AI&T) department. A global team at the heart of Kramp’s decision-making. You will work on critical commercial and supply chain challenges, directly influencing how the business operates and evolves. 

At Kramp, Business Analysts are the core in-house consulting capability of the organization. You act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders across the Kramp Group and our Markets, translating data into clear insights, concrete solutions, and measurable improvements. As part of AI&T, you will identify, structure, and solve the most impactful business questions from opportunity sizing to root-cause analysis and solution design. 

In this role, you will report to the Business Analysis & Insights Manager and work closely with cross-functional, international stakeholders, contributing to 2–3 projects simultaneously, each with a maximum duration of three months.

What is your role?   

• Lead data-driven analyses across Kramp’s commercial and supply chain domains to address key business challenges and develop actionable, insight-based solutions 

• Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level 

• Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions. 

• Suggesting and implementing improvements to procedures and processes. 

• Collect business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. 

• Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends. 

Who are you?   

For this job we have a couple of requirements:   

• Master’s degree completed 

• 3–7 years of relevant experience; strategy consulting is a plus 

• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with solid business insight 

• Proven stakeholder management and advisory skills 

• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously 

• Supply chain experience is a plus 

• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI is a plus
