- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value.
- Validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Foster collaboration across organizational silos, acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field.
- Proficiency with requirements management and agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Professional experience at the interface between business and IT
- Willingness to obtain PEGA platform certification (training and support provided).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis and optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) and German (B2).
- Based in or willing to work in Valencia with a hybrid work model.
