Título: Associate Client Accountant

Buscamos un profesional junior de contabilidad con experiencia en el ciclo contable completo y en la gestión de carteras de clientes. El puesto implica llevar la contabilidad, elaborar y emitir facturas, conciliar cuentas bancarias, gestionar declaraciones fiscales (incluido SII) y preparar cuentas anuales.
Entre las responsabilidades se incluyen la elaboración de informes financieros para clientes —flujo de caja, pagos, estados financieros y resumen de la posición fiscal— así como reportes regulatorios. El puesto también brinda soporte en auditorías, prepara documentación fiscal para presentación y entrega informes periódicos a clientes, como balances, cuentas de pérdidas y ganancias y cuentas anuales.
El candidato ideal es detallista, orientado al cliente y capaz de garantizar información financiera precisa y oportuna, ofreciendo orientación clara para apoyar las necesidades de los clientes.
Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
- Contabilidad, elaboración de informes, elaboración y emisión de facturas para varias empresas
- Conciliaciones bancarias, elaboración y presentación de liquidaciones tributarias y SII, elaboración y revisión de cuentas anuales.
- Preparar todo tipo de cuentas, pagos, flujo de caja, informes, estados financieros, posición de caja y posición fiscal de las empresas clientes.
- Elaborar reportes regulatorios a terceros.
- Teneduría de libros de asientos contables y archivos justificativos relacionados
- Ayuda con las auditorías proporcionando información.
- Obtener información contable para declaraciones de impuestos y preparar archivos de presentación de impuestos para STA
- Ayuda con los informes financieros para los clientes, como balances periódicos, cuentas de pérdidas y ganancias y cuentas anuales.
¿Qué habilidades técnicas, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitas?
- Mínimo 1-5 años de experiencia laboral en puesto similar, preferiblemente en empresa multicliente.
- Licenciatura o máster en Contabilidad o ADE.
- Dominio del inglés para hablar con fluidez con los clientes (B1/B2/C1).
- Buenas habilidades de presentación.
- La atención a los detalles y la capacidad de manejar múltiples demandas en un entorno acelerado son esenciales.
- Habilidad para gestionar con eficacia múltiples proyectos/tareas, cumplir con los plazos y trabajar bien bajo presión.
- Un enfoque proactivo de las tareas diarias y una persona orientada al equipo.
- Deseo de trabajar con diferentes culturas.
El rango salarial para este puesto específico será de €25,000 – €30,000 brutos al año, más beneficios adicionales

Skills Required
- Experience with full accounting cycle and managing client portfolios
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience preferably in a multi-client firm
- Degree (Licenciatura or Master) in Accounting or Business Administration (ADE)
- Fluent English (B1/B2/C1) for client communication
- Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, invoicing and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and submit tax filings including SII and tax presentation files
- Prepare regulatory reports and support audits with required documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Good presentation skills
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work with different cultures
