We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

Mission:

As a Business Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting projects and processes that leverage data to provide actionable insights. Your work will involve developing, testing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that help uncover business opportunities. By assisting in meaningful analyses and identifying patterns, you'll contribute to our understanding of operational effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Perform routine data extraction and transformation tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to define data requirements.
• Conduct descriptive data analyses to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist in root cause analysis to understand data anomalies.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and findings.
• Contribute to the design and testing of data visualizations.
• Provide support for user inquiries related to data reports.
• Participate in data quality assurance activities.
• Adhere to data governance and compliance standards.

Skills:

• Advanced Data Collection: Proficiency in retrieving data from diverse sources.
• Data Cleaning and Transformation: Skills in preparing data for analysis.
• Descriptive Analysis: Capability to conduct initial analyses and derive insights.
• Visualization Software: Competence in using tools like Tableau, Qlik, and Excel.
