What You Will Do:
Support debt collection processes and procedures.
Conduct day-to-day operations of debt collections.
Develop and maintain established employee debt policy.
Support internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Support process improvement and collaboration sessions.
Provide debt collection statistical analyses.
Collaborate with the government and contractor management to meet debt management and contract requirements.
Provide dedicated customer service via email and phone to address debt customers inquiries.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience may be used in lieu of a degree
FOUR (4) years or more of financial management, accounting, business analyst experience.
Experience in performing financial calculations such as time Value of Money, Annual Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Periodic Amortization, and using financial calculator and excel spreadsheets.
Experience calculating complex figures, forecast and prepare budgets and conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
Experience analyzing and applying problem solving methods to identify complex problems, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and provide solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to process large quantities of information to evaluate costs, benefits, and outcomes.
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems while being able to clearly articulate complex ideas and communicate clearly and effectively.
Relevant financial certification (CGFM, CDFM, CPA, CICA).
Experience using and building structured data tools (SQL, Microsoft Excel, Excel Macros).
Experience utilizing and building data modeling and visualization tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Python).
