Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on operational requirements analysis and business requirements document (BRD) development for software solutions. This role will bridge the gap between JLL's operational needs and technical implementation teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisCollaborate with JLL operational stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand operational processes and pain points
Analyze current operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Document functional and non-functional requirements with precision and clarity
Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for software development projects
Create system workflows, process diagrams, and data flow documentation
Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
Maintain requirements traceability matrices and acceptance criteria
Facilitate requirement review sessions with business stakeholders and development teams
Present system proposals and gather feedback for requirement refinement
Ensure clear communication between operational teams and technical developers
Manage requirement changes and maintain documentation updates
Work closely with development and QA teams under Agile methodology
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Support user acceptance testing and requirement validation processes
Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst
Experience in software development lifecycle and requirements management
Proficiency in requirements documentation and BRD creation
Experience with workflow design and system architecture documentation
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Team collaboration and leadership skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
Experience in real estate or property management operations
Background in mobile application development or system analysis
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design
Experience with process improvement and operational optimization
