About the Role:

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Analytics, the Business Analyst will leverage world-class business intelligence capabilities and techniques to develop actionable insights and drive industry-leading growth and retention. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the United States based on manager approval.

You Will:

  • Develop and maintain data models used to produce strategic insights based upon market data to inform marketing strategies. 

  • Develop data-informed marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, improve customer retention, and reactivate customers who are no longer active, collaborating with marketing and data science professionals to implement strategies. 

  • Conduct quantitative analytics testing of Lifecycle Customer Management strategies to ensure strategies meet business needs. 

  • Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related products and services to ensure Remitly is achieving its customer management goals.

You Have:

  • Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Market Research, or a related field and 3 years of experience with business and data analytics. 

  • 1 year of experience in developing strategic products and growth marketing plans;

  • 1 year of experience in developing marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives;

  • 1 year of experience in fundamental marketing and media principles; and

  • 1 year of experience in Excel, SQL, Python, JavaScript, Tableau, Statistical Analysis, R, Data Analysis, ETL Process, and Data Reporting.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $129,709.00 - $140,000.00. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
