Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Manage backlog items and support test case creation in Agile delivery using Azure DevOps or Jira
- Coordinate scope item delivery and act as the main liaison between business and IT stakeholders
- Model and document As-Is and To-Be business processes, applying BPMN or equivalent standards
- Define and document system interfaces, data mappings, message formats (XML/JSON), and error handling procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to elicit, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira
- Strong process modeling skills using BPMN or equivalent standards
- Solid understanding of system integration principles, APIs, and middleware technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong English communication skills
