Job Description

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join its team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Capturing and analysing of business requirements 
  • Functional analysis and modelling 
  • Business processes modelling 
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis 
  • Quality Assurance 
  • Drafting Test plans and test scenarios linked to business requirements 

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills 

  • Good experience of information systems matters 
  • Good experience of large organisation administrative business processes
  • Good experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, 
  • state diagram, entity relationship model etc.)  
  • Good experience of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value 
  • Minimum 7 years experience as Business Analyst 
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology 
  • Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis 
  • Capability to speak to business and technical audiences 
  • Strong capacity to give high level presentations 
  • Ability to apply high quality standards 
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator 
  • Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
