Our client operates in the healthcare sector and is strengthening its team with a Business Analyst to support the development and evolution of its digital products. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, manage the product backlog, map processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage digital products through the full lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and maintenance.
- Gather and document business requirements (user stories, specifications, process mapping).
- Facilitate workshops and follow up on actions.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams, supporting clarification, validation, and UAT.
- Produce documentation and ensure stakeholder approval.
- Provide support for business applications.
RequirementsKey Requirements
- Background in IT, Engineering or Information Systems.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager (ideal: 5+ years).
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Strong analytical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work across different business areas.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English.
- SQL knowledge (Nice to have).
