Starting Gross Monthly Salary: From €2,400 with potential increase based on experience.
Are you a curious, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on turning complexity into clarity? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology Delivery team and help shape the future of our digital transformation.
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our multidisciplinary product teams—collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and Architects to deliver impactful technology solutions. You’ll be instrumental in analysing business processes, gathering and refining requirements, and ensuring that our solutions deliver real value.
Whether you’re mapping out current and future states, facilitating workshops, or supporting change adoption, your insights will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
What You’ll Do:
Analyse and optimise business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and support delivery.
Create user journeys and support change enablement to drive adoption.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across IT, business services, and legal practice groups.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within Agile and Waterfall environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and change impact assessments.
A collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering business value.
Experience in legal or professional services and Agile certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum) are a plus, but not essential.
