Job DescriptionIn this role you will support the Service Delivery Manager Deal Manager with low risk deals end to end You will ensure that all to be submitted documents are fulfilling the customer demands completed on time and meet the company s quality standards This role involves coordinating with various departments understanding customer requirements and developing compelling bids to win new projects and contracts Responsibilities Tasks Handling New Customer Requests Low Risk Opportunities Process new customer inquiries such as RFIs Request for Information and RFPs Request for Proposal Evaluate and respond to requests within the defined scope of low risk opportunities Managing Requests within Existing Contracts Handle customer requests and call offs under existing frame contracts Ensure compliance with contractual terms and internal guidelines Document Translation Translate customer documents from German to English and English to German Translate solution documents required for submissions to customer into respective language Preparation of Submission Documents Prepare and compile all necessary documents for submission Develop solution descriptions tailored to customer requirements Perform pricing and cost calculations using CPQ Configure Price Quote tools Define delivery and partner models for proposed solutions Internal Alignment Approval Coordinate final solution and proposal details with Deal Manager and Service Delivery Manager Obtain necessary approvals in line with company approval guidelines CRM Opportunity Management beneficial skill Manage opportunities in the CRM system Salesforce Ensure accurate timely updates and documentation for each opportunity Follow established processes for opportunity lifecycle management Your Profile For this position you should have the following qualifications A degree in business administration computer science engineering with professional experience in the IT industry especially Digital portfolio Technical knowledge IT skills are required good knowledge of Digital portfolios Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency English fluent is required and German language experts are preferred Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in dynamic business settings Initial experience supporting software development initiatives and people related projects in IT Strong ability to work accurately and thoroughly on a detailed level Knowledge of processes and best practices for managing risks ensuring quality and addressing escalations effectively Demonstrated capability to align and coordinate activities across teams and stakeholders Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excel PowerPoint and Word for professional documentation analysis and presentations Open mindedness to adopt and work with new technologies tools and solution approaches Skilled in customer engagement including managing customer portals and interaction platforms Experience with standardized deal processes and opportunity management in CRM systems e g Salesforce Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with handling contractual documents and ensuring compliance with agreed terms Strong sense of ownership combined with a collaborative team oriented mindset English Business fluent Optional Technical Other Skills Result oriented Working Expert Addressing Customer Needs Expert Agile Methods Advanced Business Knowledge Advanced Negotiating Advanced Strategic Thinking Advanced Taking Ownership Advanced Emotional Intelligence Advanced Offer Preparation Advanced Project Management Advanced Risk Management Advanced Selling Advanced Client Relationship Management Advanced Knowledge of Customers Advanced Commercial control Advanced Market Intelligence Advanced Strategy Development Advanced Leadership Basic
