Business Analyst
Your role:
• Assists in entire software development process, working with other software team members, ensuring collective progress towards project goals.
• Contributes to software development by completing assigned tasks with guidance from senior developers, helping improve team efficiency.
• Helps troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing simple solutions to support the development process.
• Identifies, documents, and tracks software bugs and issues reported by users or discovered during testing phases, helping the team address and resolve issues.
• Conducts root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and collaborates with the development team to implement permanent fixes, enhancing system reliability.
• Maintains detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and support guides, promoting usability and accessibility of software products.
• Supports testing of new features, patches, and updates to ensure they meet quality standards and do not introduce new issues, contributing to software stability.
• Resolves straightforward incidents to ensure minimal disruption to development and user activities, escalating unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams or management as necessary for further resolution, ensuring operational continuity.
• Ensures all support activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements to maintain operational integrity, fostering adherence to standards.
• Monitors software systems for performance and reliability issues to ensure optimal operation while supporting in employing proactive measures to identify and address potential issues before they impact users.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
