Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in a Business/System Analyst role, preferably in a software/hardware company.

- Intermediate or Upper-intermediate English proficiency with strong communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of data collection and interpretation.

- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and desktop/mobile application development processes.

- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.

- Knowledge of system diagram creation, wireframing, and prototyping tools.

- Basic understanding of project management principles.

- Technical background (Education/working experience) in hardware/firmware or strong knowledge of products in IoT.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the collection and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders.

- Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.

- Participate in the development and enhancement of Fire&Safety product line.

- Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
