About The Role

EliseAI is hiring a Business Analyst for our housing division to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You'll be the critical link between raw data and business strategy, working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide data-driven decision making. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, can navigate ambiguity with confidence, and wants to directly influence how we scale our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client workflows and usage to identify opportunities for automation, deeper product adoption, and better outcomes

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, including cohort analyses, funnel optimization, and predictive modeling

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion

• Work with Product and Engineering to define metrics, instrument tracking, and measure the impact of new features and initiatives

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics infrastructure that enable teams to self-serve insights and track KPIs

• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational performance

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a business or data analytics-centric role, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environment

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools. Python experience in analytics use cases and/or experience with dbt is a significant plus

• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations

• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities

• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
