The Role
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation. Collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Process Mapping & Flow Chart Creation such as analyzing and mapping business processes for optimization.
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure proper alignment of project goals and requirements.
- Conducting detailed analysis of business data and competitor activities.
- Preparing reports, handling administrative duties, and assisting with urgent project needs.
- Assisting senior BAs with tasks related to project execution and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provided support for the regional project focused on the establishment of the U.S. Stock Tax Center in Malaysia as part of the shared services initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analyst, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in Capital Market or Investment Banking or Stockbroking products will be added advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of analyzing complex data sets and translating them into actionable business insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis tools.
- Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions for improvement.
