Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
Must have skills : Business Requirements Analysis, Cucumber (Software), Hands-on Exp. on SQL ??
Good to have skills : . Jira (XRAY) and Confluence

Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, assessing current states, and identifying customer requirements to define future states and business solutions. You will engage in research activities, ensuring that the solutions proposed align with the organizational goals and effectively address the needs of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business processes and requirements clearly to support project implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Cucumber (Software). - Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
