What you'll do:
- Develop robust analytical solutions, share comprehensive user insights and actionable recommendations (both predictive and prescriptive)
- Create scalable frameworks for user understanding and shape data-led strategies that directly inform product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and craft intervention strategies to achieve organization goals
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate features and optimize experiences
- Use AI-assisted Analytics workflows and tools to accelerate analysis and enable wider organisation to access Data through natural-language queries
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering etc.)
- 2-4 years of experience in core Analytics domain
- Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex problems into structured components and present insights comprehensively with a clear point of view
- Excellent proficiency in SQL and expertise in working with large-scale datasets across multiple sources
- Expertise in any of the dashboarding/visualization tools - Looker / Power BI / AWS Quick Suite / Tableau
Good to have:
- Passion for sports
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management
- Experience in deploying complex Analytical solutions using Python/R
