Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient, scalable SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across multiple sources.
- Design and build interactive, visually engaging dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for process or performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications.
- Manage and fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests with precision and within agreed timelines.
- Drive automation of repetitive reporting tasks using tools such as Power Automate, Excel macros, or scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
- Present analytical findings and insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively review, maintain, and improve existing BI solutions to ensure they meet evolving business requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in writing complex queries involving joins, subqueries, and performance tuning.
- Expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and writing DAX expressions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, charting, and data analysis features.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering ad-hoc analysis and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create structured documentation such as BRDs and explain insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be a graduate
