The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a Business Analyst to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.   

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Business Analyst for an IT Service Delivery environment to deploy software applications and develop enterprise information system integrations.
• Serve as the focal point for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements, and user stories. 
• Effectively decompose mission/business objectives into system requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles. 
• Meet regularly with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements. 
• Clearly communicate business needs to a development team through user stories and acceptance criteria. 
• Work closely with the project management team to establish project priorities and provide input on scope of work to be accomplished. 
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the product engineering team during the development cycle to ensure the customer needs are being met. 
• Review and evaluate work done by engineering team to ensure proper scope has been met. 
• Lead product demonstrations to stakeholders and report on the results of each project iteration. 

 Annual Performance Objectives

• Submit the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RTVM) as required to the DAF with no rejections
• Contribute recommendations to the quarterly Cyber Roadmap based on project priorities
• Quarterly recommendation(s) on cost savings and/or execution efficiencies by identifying redundant work streams, or manual work streams, with roadmap goals for automation

Travel up to 15% of the year

• Quarterly to Boston, MA or Montgomery, AL
• As required to the Department of the Air Force Bases

Qualifications:

Required: 

• 10+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor’s degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a business analyst on Information Technology, or Information Service, development projects 
• Knowledge and experience with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
• Knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma principles
• Must have active or interim Secret level clearance 
• One of the following (or equivalent) certifications:
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CCBA)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)
  • Cybersecurity Analysis Certification (CCA)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
