The Purpose of This Role
The Vision and Mission of Solutions Office is to enable our internal customers and clients with simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions to reduce risk and effort. In this role, you will lead the projects, gather, access and scope requirements, groom the stories in collaboration with development and automation teams and rollout the solutions to the users. You will also be required to work on complex data requests which include gathering the data from Fidelity systems, use excel to analyze, consolidate, and summarize the data in the required format and deliver to requestors.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Excel formulas
- Proficient in pulling reports from different sources, aggregating, and summarizing in the client’s required format
- Proficient in requirement gathering, analysis and documentation
- Proficient in understanding business processes and creating process flows
- Ability to complete complex requests needing high degree of domain and process knowledge
- Own couple of services such as corporate actions, deconversions as a SME
- Consult with relationship managers and explain them the process as a SME
- Facilitate discussions with diversified stakeholders
- Flexible, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the solutions office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
The Value You Deliver
- Assist with the requirement gathering, assessment and scoping
- Deliver the client data reports accurately and in the required format which are very critical for plans sponsors and advisors
- Create efficiency within MD organization by owning services and completing requests on their behalf
- Consult with MDs to ensure seamless submission of requests with utmost quality & timeliness
- Establish and facilitate customers meetings
- Being Good-Better-Best approach to work to continuously improve the services
