We are looking for a Business Analyst to develop workflows, requirements, QC testing and production support for projects. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Trenton, NJ.
What You'll Do
Work in an agile environment with other teams and IT developers to lay out and design the portal structure for the Enterprise Portal system, the Enterprise Single Sign On system, and any other enterprise feature that would require users to interact with any system or feature within the Enterprise Portal
Write User Stories/Requirements
Track User Stories/Requirements
Create User Interface Mockups
Testing
Support production issues
What You'll Need
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology
Experience with testing, training and user support
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows, and propose areas for improvement
Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e. interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information
Ability to document storyboards, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules
7 years' experience as a Business Analyst
5 years' experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows, and propose areas for improvement
Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e. interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information
Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules
5 years' experience with testing, training and user support
4-year college degree
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
