Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily reporting to fulfill client control points.
- Collects and analyzes production data to build daily, weekly, and monthly charts for business partner review decks.
- Observes operational processes to identify day-to-day issues and opportunities to reduce errors and costs.
- Assist operations leadership in collecting manual data
- Build simple automation solutions to enhance operational or managerial effectiveness.
- Use client analytics tools and systems to pull and analyze data.
- Utilize VBA for Excel, Power Query for Excel, and App Script for Google to develop tools and automation for management and operations use
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies
- Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA, Microsoft Power Query, JavaScript/AppScript preferred.
- Experience with presentation tools (Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and production trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Growth mindset and consultative approach to partnering with internal and external teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital Operations experience preferred
