Epicor Support Analyst

Creation Technologies is seeking an Epicor Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Manufacturing and Operations teams to troubleshoot support issues and contribute to the design and implementation of system improvements. Experience supporting Epicor is required for this position.

​This position is required to sit out of either Creation's Rochester, Albuquerque, Everett or Vancouver locations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering exceptional customer support for the end-users of Epicor applications.
• Providing expertise troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
• Supplying the development team with detailed requirements and conducting required QA testing.
• Understanding end-to-end manufacturing business processes and finding opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Epicor.
• A deep knowledge of, and significant hands-on experience supporting finance, manufacturing and operations.
• Experience with the application set up and configuration of Epicor.
• A good understanding of the underlying database tables, interfaces, and data relationships.
• Basic technical skills necessary to help developers design solutions according to specifications.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, and a keen ability to present ideas in clear and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Must be reliable and flexible in response to dynamic work demands, deadline oriented, self-managed and able to act on own where circumstances dictate.

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 CAD and $100,000 to $120,000 USD annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
