Business Analyst

Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with over 5 years of relevant professional experience, to join the team. Beyond technical expertise, soft skills such as proactivity, exceptional communication, and effective teamwork are valued. Cultural adaptability is key, given team’s engagement with diverse locations and cultures.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Analyze, align, and verify business needs and solutions
• Engage project teams, prioritize requests, and monitor portfolios
• Document and validate requirements efficiently
• Contribute to testing and user tests
• Support change management and deploy solutions 

Technical skills:

• Proficient in project management methodology, process analysis, design, and testing methods
• Familiar with Business needs analysis and key challenges related to Data and its management
• Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in Italian is a strong advantage

Language Skills:

• English  – Mastery (written and spoken)
• Fluency in Italian is a strong advantage

Soft Skills:

• Team player demonstrating high performance, flexibility, and adaptability

• Hybrid working model in Lisbon (2x/week at the office, with increased office presence during the first months for onboarding).
