We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Global Operations team in Belgrade. We are looking for a mid-level support for a variety of projects within the business organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business analysis services in support of business objectives and initiatives. This involves gathering data and analyzing data, identifying trends, and assisting in the development of solutions to improve business operations.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- C1 level of English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience of working as a Business Analyst or similar
- At least 1 year of experience working with JIRA
- At least 1 year of experience working with Excel (advanced)
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Working experience in analyzing flows and processes, understanding how things work, and making the right recommendations.
- Experience with agile methodologies in a fast-paced software developing business with multiple work streams – preferably experience with Confluence
- Basic knowledge & experience with PowerBI, data models, data transformation
- Familiarity with Pendo (beneficial for understanding and updating usage elements on the Pendo site)
What will you be doing in this role?
- Deliver data-driven insights to support business goals and support informed decision-making, interacting closely with internal teams to understand their requirements.
- Create, maintain, and support interactive, self-service reporting and data visualization solutions.
- Perform and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed to address specific business questions.
- Identify opportunities to automate data processes for regular requests.
- Gather, analyze, and model data using analytical tools, documenting the steps taken in an analysis.
- Generate monthly metrics and reports on key business indicators.
- Conduct regular data and system reporting audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
About the Team
This role reports into the Senior Director, Product Management working as part of a team of 4 Product Manager/Business Process Consultants as well as collaborating with the wider Compumark team based locally in Antwerp.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
