We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about the IP industry & work on different projects. We are looking for a mid-level support for a variety of projects within the business organization. In this role, you will contribute to implementation of solutions that address critical business challenges.
Success in this role will require general business strategy acumen, deep analytical skills, and excellent communication, as well as understanding of our services, workflows, processes, and cross-functional interdependencies.
In this role, you will complete impact analyses for assigned initiatives and work with all relevant business stakeholders to drive decision making and delivery of effective, efficient solutions. The scope of work will vary in magnitude from working on discreet business processes, supporting complex enterprise-level programs, and running small- to mid-sized projects.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience of working as a Business Analyst, preferably with proven track of Lean Management methodologies or similar.
- At least 1 year of experience with Business Process Modeling (e.g. BPMN) and Data Query Languages (e.g. SQL)
- At least 1 year of experience with MS Office 365, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook etc.
- Minimum B2 level of English
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Experience with agile methodologies in a fast-paced software developing business with multiple work streams – preferably experience with Jira, Confluence
- Consistent, positive attitude, as well as great organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail & great negotiation skills
- Capability to develop a thorough knowledge of all branding activity within product and operations
- Desire to remain in and grow an exciting career within a dynamic, innovative company
- Basic knowledge & experience with PowerBI, data models, data transformation.

- Project work requires: 1) Gathering and analyzing business requirements, 2) Developing functional specifications, 3) Working with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met, 4) Developing and executing test plans, 5) Troubleshooting and resolving issues

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
