Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business performance and facilitating decision-making processes through data analysis and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate the main drivers of value creation of the business; get the organization to identify and use such drivers (e.g. standard cost drivers in industry),
- Participate in defining strategy and developing investment project, progress action and activity project portfolios. Define priority criteria in line with strategy. Ensure that feasibility is studied by thoroughly investigating resource requirements. Conduct monitoring and analysis of all projects for all métiers and progress actions against the three criteria of cost, deadline and scope, and supervise corrective action plans.
- Direct certain ongoing cross-cutting action (e.g. profitability improvement).
- Over and above the financial process, question relevance and appropriateness of analysis requests.
- Over and above business considerations, provide advice for decision-making and, in the event of disagreement, use persuasion and tact. Rely online or functional manager for support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in mathematics and data analysis.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Manufacturing is a must, FMCG business would be advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work at Samut Sakhon, with the flexibility to work from home per company’s policy.
