Business/System Analyst (R&D)

Required skills:

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Intermediate+ English, strong communication skills.
• Technical background (education or work experience) in embedded or strong knowledge of products in the IoT industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements.
• Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form.
• Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices.
• Basic knowledge of IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formats.
• Understanding of web and mobile application development processes.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax intrusion system.
• Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems.
• Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and compliant with the main product goals.
• Aid in testing of a product.
