Though this role is listed as hybrid, we are anticipating that you will be going to the office ~5% of the time. We are really looking for more Arlington/DC or Boston-based folks to continue building out our Product Management community here at Arcadia.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 Months:

- Immerse yourself in Arcadia’s product suite and understand how our solutions deliver value to customers and drive outcomes.

- Contribute to backlog grooming and requirements refinement, learning how to influence our product development lifecycle and prioritize work that impacts business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how we partner to deliver innovative solutions and achieve breakthrough success in value-based care.

- Begin applying your business analytics skills to uncover insights that will fuel strategic decisions and drive customer success.


In 6 Months:

- Develop deep expertise in one or more of Arcadia’s key products, becoming a trusted resource for product teams by providing actionable business insights.

- Take full ownership of requirements gathering for product features and enhancements, ensuring customer needs are translated into high-impact product initiatives.

- Deliver key performance insights using business analytics that inform strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement in product performance and customer outcomes.

- Play a key role in refining our product roadmap, applying strategic thinking and data-driven insights to help shape the direction of the company.


In 12 Months:

Lead cross-functional projects that deliver significant improvements across product and business analytics processes.

Own business analysis for major product initiatives, collaborating directly with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver results.

Anticipate challenges and proactively identify opportunities for growth by analyzing product and business performance, ensuring Arcadia stays ahead in the rapidly evolving healthcare space.

Drive change by proposing innovative ideas and insights that push the boundaries of what’s possible, ensuring our products continue to be best in class.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be a central player in product development, facilitating agile ceremonies and collaborating with teams across the company.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and business trends to provide strategic insights that inform product and business decisions.
  • Collaborate on the development of KPIs and track performance, helping drive progress toward company objectives.
  • Take a data-driven approach to contribute to a long-term, prioritized product roadmap that positions Arcadia as the leader in healthcare transformation.
  • Use your business and product analytics expertise to ensure our platform remains innovative and at the forefront of healthcare technology.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a product management, business analysis, or consulting role.
  • A passion for using data to solve complex problems and drive change.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of delivering business and product performance insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in high-impact, fast-paced environments.
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with a strong desire to influence and shape business outcomes.

Would Love For You To Have

  • MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent graduate degree, or experience in a strategic role at a leading healthcare SaaS or consulting firm.
  • Experience with business analytics tools and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights that inform product strategy and business growth.
