Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree,
preferably in business, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience
working with IT-related systems or projects, including Business Analyst
experience.
· 3+ years of experience
in a customer-service-oriented and/or IT-related field.
· 3+ years of experience
in agile software development.
· Hands on experience
with Zephyr Scale, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
· Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and requirements-analysis skills.
· Demonstrated ability
to translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
· Strong
business-process analysis and process-mapping capabilities.
· Strong facilitation
skills and experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
· Strong written and
verbal communication skills.
· Ability to
independently manage priorities and deliverables within a fast-moving product
environment.
Skills Required
