What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyse business needs, run fit/gap assessments, and identify process improvements.
- Translate complex business processes and customer requirements into detailed software specifications, test scenarios, and comprehensive documentation.
- Assist developers and manage scope changes and tasks across every phase of the software development lifecycle.
- Execute application testing, administer environment configurations and releases, and provide first-line system support to end users.
- Partner with internal IT, external service providers, and clients to drive successful project outcomes and ensure system compliance.
- Identify operational enhancements to boost service quality, productivity, and personal professional effectiveness.
What our client is looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector, specifically working with lending application systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting technical requirements specifications, with knowledge of UML terminology (use cases and activity diagrams) and tools like Enterprise Architect.
- Practical end-to-end SDLC and project management experience, covering system design, development workflows, testing, and user training.
- Proven proficiency in executing both manual and automated regression testing across information systems.
- Track record of hands-on client service management with strong skills in direct end-user and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities across all levels of technical and business operations.
