- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Charles River Portfolio Management & Risk Analytics, Charles River Middle Office, Charles River Data and Position Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to articulate business needs and technical details clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
