- Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Lead requirements gathering and translates business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and requirements tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyzes business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, automation opportunities, and improvements that deliver measurable business value.

Skills Required
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or IT delivery
- Experience managing backlogs and prioritization while supporting delivery teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across the full lifecycle
