Job Description- Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, data owners, and regulatory teams
- Translate business needs into functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, data‑model diagrams)
- Create and maintain documentation (requirements catalog, data dictionary, process maps, test plans)
- Facilitate test planning by participating in design test cases
- Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders through sprint demos, status reports and reviews
- Identify improvement opportunities in the transversal framework, propose enhancements
- Collaborate with the ETL development team to design optimal data‑flow and transformation logic
- Define, implement, and maintain the data‑quality framework (rules, thresholds, validation checks)
- Strong knowledge of the banking and financial services sector.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, including backlog management, user stories, traceability, and requirements tracking.
- Understanding of data migration projects and large-scale data manipulation and aggregation.
- Solid SQL skills, particularly with Oracle databases.
- Experience in PL/SQL development.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (C level); French is a plus.
