- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews translating those needs into AI supported workflows.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams, and any corresponding UX designs/wireframes.
- Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
- Support QA teams in defining test scenarios and reviewing test cases.
- Build technical documentation, release notes, and training materials to users. Communicate changes, address concerns, and help teams adopt new AI supported ways of working.
- Serve as a first point of contact for issues or questions related to AI product offerings. Monitor post-release performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the customer's best interest when it comes to decisions for new and updated features and products.
- Contribute to technical documentation, release notes, and user guides.
Qualifications and Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience in a software development or technology environment.
- The ability to produce high fidelity prototypes early in the development cycle.
- Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and responsive design, as well as deep and broad knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Strong bias for action and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in logistics and supply chain application development is a plus.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience and strong comfort level working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks with an iterative and collaborative design process.
- Curiosity about AI and LLM technology; prior exposure to AI tools or projects is a plus but not required.
- Experience conducting user research and usability tests with users that deliver actionable insights for design.
- Proficiency with common design tools such as Figma, Miro, Zeplin, etc.
