Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Non-Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computers, or any related field
- 8+ years of experience in US healthcare Revenue cycle Management across all functions
- Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Proven ability to interact with business as well as technical teams
- Proven excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment
- Proven ability to stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development
- Proven ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team
- Proven ability to apply learned lessons into future solution considerations
- Proven analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Proven ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proven team player and able to lead and initiate
- Willing to work in US timings (5.30PM IST - 3.00AM IST)
- Technical Skills:
- RCM Domain knowledge of end-to-end business
- Understand business requirements in BI/MIS context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
- Knowledge of chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL or Databricks and advanced Excel
- Proven ability to convert data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Proven ability to use the BI tools efficiently to cater the needs of the business and improvise the outcomes
- Proven ability to create control reports/charts and work with operation stakeholders in improving overall efficiency
- Proven ability to analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish (TAT)
- Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
- Proven ability to work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
Preferred Qualification:
- Proven ability to articulate the key performance indicators (KPIs) in RCM vertical with clear objectives

Skills Required

- Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and establish delivery timelines
- Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics using DAX
- Strong communication, client management, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams, document solutions, multitask, and work in an agile environment
- Willingness to work US hours from 5:30 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST
