This project involves creating innovative user experiences, integrating back-end systems with multiple cores and ancillary applications, and delivering a modern, seamless, and user-friendly interface.
Key Responsibilities- Independently facilitate complex business and data-gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions for complex enterprise integration projects.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to support the implementation of API- and integration-based solutions.
- Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and other Agile artifacts.
- Utilize tools such as Postman, SQL, and API testing tools to validate requirements and support solution delivery.
- Analyze and document RESTful API integrations, data mappings, and workflow processes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Partner with business users to ensure delivered solutions meet operational and strategic objectives.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to improve requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis efficiency.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Mandatory:
- Demonstrated ability to independently facilitate complex data gathering and design collaboration meetings.
- Proven track record of working with RESTful Services, APIs, Postman, SQL technologies, and UI-based applications.
- Experience delivering integration projects involving complex enterprise applications.
- Experience in creating epics, features and user stories. experience using some AI tool preferred.
- Experience conducting UAT and some exposure to teller applications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology field.
- At least 3 years of business experience within the financial industries with prior exposure to Teller applications.
Preferred:
- Experience in branch banking operations.
- Understanding and application of Agile development methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project lifecycle management best practices and controls.
Experience:
