What you will be doing:
- Identify business problems, challenge proposed solutions, and define clear, measurable outcomes prior to agreement.
- Assess options, trade-offs, risks, and value in collaboration with both technology and business stakeholders.
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements, serving as the central "single point of truth" for the project.
- Prepare high-quality artifacts - including process flows, user stories, and test scripts - while proactively managing delivery milestones and escalating blockers.
- Assist with data mapping and validation, while maintaining ongoing stakeholder visibility through reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Manage Agile artifacts (e.g., JIRA), keep stakeholders informed, and continually enhance team tools, templates, and processes.
What our client is looking for:
- Experience across the full delivery lifecycle, with a preference for involvement in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Able to clearly articulate your specific contributions and level of ownership on past work, demonstrating an ability to run workstreams with minimal oversight.
- A track record of engaging directly with senior stakeholders and showing strong problem-solving abilities and documentation discipline when managing complexity.
- Clear written and verbal communicator who is comfortable presenting findings and providing constructive challenges.
- Prior experience in financial services, investment operations, consulting, or credit investment processes is required.
- Strong in Excel and familiar with analytical tools (SQL, Power BI), data integration (APIs, ETL), workflow/CRM platforms and Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Experience with ETL processes and ensuring seamless data movement and integrity
